Honey-Mustard Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3/4 lb.) boneless pork tenderloins, trimmed
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place tenderloins on a rack coated with cooking spray; place rack in broiler pan and set aside.
    Combine honey and remaining ingredients; spoon 1/3 of honey mixture over tenderloins.
    Set remaining honey mixture aside.
    Bake tenderloins at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 160\u00b0, basting occasionally with remaining honey mixture. Cut tenderloins into thin slices.
