Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. day old bread cubes
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except butter, in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Place casserole in pan filled 1 inch deep with hot water.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 65 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge of dish comes out clean.
    Serves 4 to 6.
