Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet milk
    4 or 5 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs with a hand Swiss beater.
    Add milk and remaining ingredients.
    Put mixture into uncooked pie shells. (Cover pie crust with cornstarch.)
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
