Chicken With Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 pinch rosemary
    1/2 clove garlic
    1 large diced tomato
    1 small onion
    olive oil
    Minute rice (already cooked to serve 6 people)
Preparation
    Boil
    the
    chicken
    with the rosemary until tender; pull off the bone and cut into small pieces.
    Meanwhile, saute onion with garlic
    in
    olive
    oil.
    Add
    the tomato and lightly saute with the
    onion
    garlic mixture.
    Add chicken and cook covered for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and add mixture to the hot, cooked rice and mix.
    Steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
