Head Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 packs snoots
    2 packs ears
    2 packs pig feet
Preparation
    Cook snoots and ears together, adding salt, black pepper, red pepper and sage.
    After meat is cooked, separate from bones.
    Put in food processor or mix by hand until meat is fine, adding more seasoning according to taste.
    Add vinegar according to taste.
    Mix all together and heat through.
    Put in container and refrigerate. Next day, cut in serving pieces.
