Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef roast (with fat)
3 or 4 medium potatoes, cut up
2 onions, cut up
3 carrots, cut up
2 stalks celery, cut up
1 qt. canned tomatoes
sugar, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook beef to just about done, then cut up into pieces.
Add all the ingredients and cook until done.
