Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric (yellow)
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 red and 2 green bell peppers
    6 c. sugar
    1 bunch celery
    2 c. onion, cut up
    10 c. zucchini, shredded
Preparation
    Grind zucchini, celery and onion.
    Combine and refrigerate; let stand overnight.
    Next day, rinse zucchini, celery and onion with water.
    Squeeze out very good.
    Then put all the other ingredients together.
    Cook; when zucchini comes to a boil, cook 30 minutes longer.
    Put in clean Mason jars.
    Seal lids.
    Makes about 8 to 10 pints.
