Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot or mild sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. cubed ham
1/2 c. bacon bits
12 oz. pkg. hash browns
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
6 slices toast
1/4 c. milk
8 eggs
Preparation
-
Brown sausage and drain.
Line a 10 x 13-inch dish with the toast.
Layer all other ingredients in the dish with some cheese with all layers.
Beat eggs with milk and pour over the ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 until light brown; cut and serve for breakfast or snack.
Very good while warm.
