Enchilada Stack Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    drop of Tabasco sauce
    1 (16 oz.) Great Northern kidney or pinto beans
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 tomato juice
    4 tortillas
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and add all other ingredients (except tortillas, cheese and tomato juice).
    Layer meat, tortillas and cheese in crock-pot.
    Pour tomato juice around edges.
    Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
