Round Steak Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1 can B & B mushrooms (including broth)
    1/3 c. red wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Brush steak all over with Kitchen Bouquet.
    Heat oil in skillet; brown steak on both sides using moderate heat.
    Combine and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, covered, over low heat until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
