Cinnamon Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. water
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon oil
red food coloring
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in saucepan.
Stir continuously until sugar is dissolved.
Lower heat.
Cook without stirring until 300\u00b0.
Remove from heat.
Add food coloring and cinnamon oil.
Pour on buttered cooking sheet.
Cool completely. Crack into pieces.
Roll in powdered sugar.
