Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    small amount celery
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 1/4 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 lb. sausage
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage, pepper, celery and onion; drain well.
    Mix with other ingredients, saving some of the cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
