Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. broccoli, carrot or cauliflower (frozen)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 cylinder Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Steam vegetables until thawed.
    Add water chestnuts, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
    Mix well.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Mix crackers and margarine.
    Pour over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until top is brown.
