Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes (6)
1 egg
1/3 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Wash potatoes; remove eyes.
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Fry on oiled skillet until brown.
Serve with applesauce with cinnamon added.
