Ingredients

3 eggs
sugar
buttermilk
8 Tbsp. margarine or butter
corn meal
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
3/4 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Beat eggs with fork; add next 5 ingredients.
Mix well.
Stir in coconut and pecans.
Put in pie crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then reduce heat and bake for 30 minutes.
