Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. tomato juice or sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet; add macaroni.
Stir to coat and brown slightly.
Add beef and brown.
Stir in tomato juice or sauce. Bring to boil.
Mix in next 4 ingredients and salt and pepper. Transfer to 9 x 13-inch pan (can freeze for 1 month).
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
