Turkey Stew With Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    3 c. chopped cooked turkey
    2 c. coarsely chopped green cabbage
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes (undrained), cut up
    1 can (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans (undrained)
    2 cans (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat.
    Add onion and celery; cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.
    Add turkey, cabbage, tomatoes, beans, broth, thyme and salt.
    Bring to a boil over high heat.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
