Scalloped Potatoes For 150 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 lb. sliced raw potatoes
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 gal. water
    4 cans (50 oz.) mushroom soup or cream of chicken
    1/2 c. salt
    2 Tbsp. white pepper
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Arrange potato slices in 4 large metal baking pans.
    Sprinkle each with salt and pepper, each layer.
    Add chopped onion.
    Pour a quart of water over each pan.
    Cover and bake in 425\u00b0 oven that has been preheated.
    Turn oven to 375\u00b0; bake about 30 minutes.
    Mix 1 cup flour with each can of soup; pour over each pan.
    Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until done.
