Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    5 or 6 large onions
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until very limp.
    Put 1/2 onions in casserole.\tSprinkle
    with\t1/2
    crackers and cheese.
    Add remainder of onions, cheese and crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
