Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fast rising yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water (110-115 degrees)
4 c. flour
Kosher salt
1 slightly beaten egg white
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix yeast in water.
Stir in sugar.
Add flour 1 cup at a time.
Stir until dough no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl.
Knead on floured board for 5 minutes.
Divide dough into 16 balls.
Roll balls into \"snakes\" 12 inches long and make shapes. Place pretzels on a well greased cookie sheet.
Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with kosher salt.
