Pilgram Pumpkin Bars And Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 ??? vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. raisins
1/3 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9-inch square pan. Beat together eggs, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, oil and pumpkin.
In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
Add to egg mixture.
Stir well.
Mix in raisins and nuts.
Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Cool.
Mix together margarine, vanilla, powdered sugar and hot water until creamy.
Spread over cool cake.
Cut into bars and refrigerate.
