Gary Mcintosh Spinach & Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, whipped
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 lb. large curd cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    6 slices Swiss cheese, torn into small pieces
    3 slices thick ham, cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 stick melted, cooled butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
Preparation
    Mix and pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes then 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
