Curried Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked white rice
    1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped radishes
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. ground curry
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    Salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine the rice, green pepper, onion, celery, radishes and pickle relish.
    Mix well.
    In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and spices. Stir to blend flavors. Add the mayonnaise to the rice mixture and mix well.
    Chill for several hours. Serves 8.
