Hungry Person'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 tomatoes, sliced in wedges
1 head lettuce (iceberg) or 2 bunches romaine lettuce, sliced
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, torn and tossed in salad
1/2 lb. turkey ham in slices
4 boiled eggs, sliced in wedges
any type salad dressing
Preparation

Wash both lettuce and tomatoes.
Shake lettuce to remove excess water.
Cut lettuce (romaine) in bite size pieces or tear (iceberg lettuce), as desired.
Cut tomatoes in wedge shape and throw in lettuce.
Cut meat and cheese in slivers to taste.
Peel eggs, rinse and cut in wedges.
Toss with two forks and eat. Serves 5 people.
