Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon
    1 small can green chiles
    2 to 3 Tbsp. green onions, finely chopped
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
    1 jar Pace picante sauce (mild)
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese; add sour cream and lemon and blend well.
    Drain green chiles; stir in with green onions.
    Spread 1/8 of mixture on one flour tortilla to within 1/2-inch of edges. Roll up all 8 tortillas.
    Chill several hours, covered tightly. Remove and slice in 3/4-inch pieces.
    Secure with toothpick; serve with Pace picante for dipping.
