6 Week Amish Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. allspice
    15 oz. box Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    4 beaten eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and allspice. Add Raisin Bran and sugar; stir well.
    Mix eggs, oil, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Pour into other mixture; stir.
    Fill muffin papers 1/2 full.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Pour rest of batter in plastic container to use later.
    Date it.
    Don't restir batter as you use it for muffins.
    Lasts 6 weeks.
