Baked Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and salt.
Beat in milk and vanilla.
Pour into 6 custard cups.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in pan of hot water at 325\u00b0 until mixture doesn't stick to knife.
