Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oatmeal
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. cold water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. cool water
    flour
Preparation
    Cook oats in 3 1/2 cups unsalted water.
    Cool slightly, then add salt, sugar and 2 cups cold water.
    When slightly more than lukewarm, add yeast which has been dissolved in 1/2 cup cool water.
    Add flour to make a medium stiff dough.
    Let rise 1 hour; knead.
    Make into 3 loaves.
    Let rise another hour, then bake at 400\u00b0 for first few minutes, then lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 to 45 minutes until lightly browned.
