Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. thawed, sliced frozen strawberries
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans; stir just until all ingredients are moistened.
Spoon batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool in pans 5 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool.
