Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can undiluted condensed mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. canned or frozen peas
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, diced
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Season ground beef with salt and pepper.
    Shape beef into 1-inch balls.
    Heat butter in a skillet and saute meat balls until brown on all sides and cooked.
    Drain excess fat and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are soft.
    Stir in soup and sour cream.
    Stir in peas, pimento and mushrooms.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper; heat until bubbly.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Top with refrigerator biscuits or cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until done.
