Chicken Veggie Pockets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts halves
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 c. baby carrots, sliced lengthwise
1 c. frozen pearl onion, thawed
1/2 c. julienne peppers
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Flatten chicken to 1/2-inch thickness.
Place each on a greased heavy piece of foil.
Layer veggies on top of chicken. Season.
Fold and seal.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
