Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red skin potatoes
    2 bunches green onion, chopped
    3 to 4 celery stalks, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large red pepper, chopped
    12 oz. light Italian dressing
    Mrs. Dash (for flavoring)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and cool slightly. Slice while warm. Layer potatoes and chopped vegetables (at least 2 layers) in an 11 x 14 dish. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash on top. Drizzle dressing over all. Cover and let set overnight.
