John'S Peanut Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. roasted peanuts
    1/4 c. peanut oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    In food processor (or old-fashioned food grinder on finest blade), grind peanuts until thoroughly pulverized.
    (For crunchy type, leave a few peanuts minced.)
    In small saucepan, combine oil, salt, sugar and honey.
    Heat until warm, not hot.
    (Hot will make it harden.)
    Put into bowl and add the crushed peanuts.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Cool.
    This makes 2 cups (1 pint).
