Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand for 1 minute.
Stir over low heat until dissolved.
In blender, combine rest of ingredients for 2 minutes.
While processing, gradually add gelatin.
Pour into dessert dishes and chill.
Garnish with strawberries and sliced almonds.
