Dee'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 slices loaf bread
1 lb. sausage
8 eggs
1 c. milk or half and half
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Trim edges off bread and place in baking dish with sides touching until you cover bottom of dish.
Cook sausage and drain.
Crumble and sprinkle sausage over bread.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour over sausage.
Top with shredded cheese.
Cover and refrigerate until next morning and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serves 6.
