Ham With Mustard Fruits(Good Source Of Protein, Thiamin And Vitamin A) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fully cooked smoked ham slice (about 1-inch thick, about 2 lb.)
    1 (30 oz.) can apricot halves in juice, drained
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 medium clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Slash diagonally outer edge of fat on ham at 1-inch intervals to prevent curling.
    Place ham in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch.
    Arrange fruit on ham.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over fruit and ham.
    Cook, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until ham is hot, about 40 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings, 450 calories per serving.
