Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large egg whites
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat eggs to soft peak.
    Slowly beat in sugar and vanilla. Fold in pecans; coat well.
    Drop by teaspoon on greased sheet. Bake 1/2 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Turn oven off and let stand 1/2 hour. Don't open door!
    Store in airtight container.
    Makes 55.
