Dutch Potato Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in small pieces
1 minced onion
1 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
1 qt. stale bread cubes
1/2 c. sliced celery
Preparation

Fry onion, bread cubes and sausage until brown.
Mix together the potatoes and egg.
Add the parsley, salt, celery, pepper, fried bread cubes and sausage.
Mix well.
Cook in pan for 25 minutes with oven set at 350\u00b0.
