Zucchini Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oleo and egg, mixing thoroughly.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with zucchini. Fold in nuts and raisins. Chill about 2 hours, if desired. Drop cookies on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
