Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium size red potatoes, peeled and cooked
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Mash and whip potatoes.
Add butter and mix with electric mixer.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat until fluffy.
Place in buttered casserole.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
May be made several days ahead and kept in refrigerator or freezer.
