Eastern Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    4 cloves garlic, sliced
    2 medium onions, diced
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
    2 cans pitted black olives, drained
    1 large can stewed tomatoes, cut up
    4 cans kidney beans
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook hamburger, garlic and onions; remove fat.
    Put cooked hamburger mixture into stock pot and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and put on lid.
    Let stand for 1 to 2 hours, reheating to serve.
    For best results, make 1 to 2 days ahead of time.
    Keep refrigerated until ready to heat and serve.
    Cornbread goes nicely with this chili.
