Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium size zucchini
1 onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. Cheez Whiz or box of cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/8 c. water
1/4 c. Minute rice

Preparation

Saute onion and zucchini into butter.
Add mixture of remaining ingredients.
Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
