Swiss Steak Special(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless round steak, cut into serving pieces
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 envelope onion or onion and mushroom soup mix
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 slices (6 oz.) Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Set power select at High in an oblong baking dish; combine steak, tomatoes, sauce, soup mix, basil and garlic.
Heat, covered, for 4 to 5 minutes.
