T J'S Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine butter, shortening, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy, then beat in eggs and continue beating until fluffy.
    Gradually add flour mixture and mix well.
    Stir in both types of chips.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes approximately 100 cookies.
