Lemon Cream Bars - cooking recipe

1 pkg. lemon pudding cake mix (large size; use dry)
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. lemon extract
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In bowl, combine cake mix, egg and oil, mixing until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup.
Add 1 teaspoon lemon extract to reserved crumbs. Pat remaining crumbs into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla and lemon extracts until light and smooth.
Spread over baked layer.
Sprinkle reserved crumbs over mixture.
Combine cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle over crumb topping.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Cool; cut into bars.
