Rivvel Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 qt. rich beef broth
Preparation
    Put flour in a bowl; make a well in center and add the egg and salt.
    Work into flour with fingers to make small crumbles. Sprinkle into boiling meat broth, stirring as you add Rivvels.
    A tablespoon of beef soup base will enhance the flavor.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
