Fried Chicken Tenders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts
    3/4 c. flour
    Adolph's tenderizer
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Wash chicken.
    Cut in strips across the grain.
    Sprinkle with Adolph's tenderizer.
    Let set a few minutes.
    Add buttermilk.
    Mix seasoning with flour.
    Stir chicken in buttermilk.
    Roll chicken in flour.
    Fry in hot grease at medium heat until tender.
