Carrots Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large carrots
    1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    20 pecans (optional)
    1 large grated onion
    Lawry's seasoning salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil carrots that have been cut crosswise in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and put in blender or grate.
    Stir in cream, cheese, onion and seasonings.
    Pour into a large buttered casserole.
    Place pecan halves over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Freezes well.
    A wonderful companion with turkey.
    Serves 12 to 14.
