Crock-Pot Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut in 4 or 5 pieces
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Coat pieces of steak in flour.
    Brown in a hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes (salt and pepper to taste).
    Add steak, onion, pepper and tomato to crock-pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
