Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops (center-cut)
    season with salt and pepper
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease skillet and brown pork chops. Combine other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a buttered casserole. Place pork chops on top. Add fat from skillet. Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until well done.
